Besides having its own technical personnel to maintain its customers installed base, POIS can derived and provide technical expertise for both its pre and post sales activities through its authorised technical service centres which are located in major towns and cities throughout Malaysia. These centres are full-fledge technical offices which currently employs more than eighty (80) full time technicians and engineers. These technical service centers are well equipped with spare parts and technical expertise to provide our customers with efficient and timely intervention thus keeping downtime of our customer’s equipment to the minimum.
